As a corporation, we are required to have a board of directors. This board is responsible for the major decisions of our non-profit corporation. All major purchases, leases, financial decisions, etcera are made as a board. As the Bible says, there is wisdom in a multitude of counselors (Proverbs 11:14).

There are 4 people on our board.

Clint Hanley (President) has spent 7 years in business admistration, office managment. This has mostly been in construction based businesses. He is currently studying the final classes via the Internet to receive his BS in Business Adminstration. He was the director of the mission in Francis Sirpi, Nicaragua for 2 years before moving to our current location in Tronquera, Nicaragua.

Marilyn Hanley (Secretary) is a Registered Nurse with 10 years experience.  She also spent 2 years as Administrator and Nurse at the Tasba Raya Adventist Clinic in Francis Sirpi, here in Nicaragua. Currently she is starting a medical and health program to work in conjuction with our aviation program. She is also home schooling our 2 children. 

Stanton Parker (Vice-President) has spent over 39 years in various administrative positions in the area of Insurance and Risk Management.  For 9 of these years he was the Director of Risk Management
for Loma Linda University and Medical Center and pioneered in the establishment of a nationally acclaimed Risk Management Program for that institution.  He is the Immediate Past President of Adventist Risk
Management and has traveled extensively overseas providing Consultant Services for churches, schools, hospitals and other organizations affiliated with the Seventh-day Adventist Church.  He is now retired and
living in Goldendale, Washington.  His avocation in retirement is organic gardening.


Dolly (Dorothy) Parker (Treasurer)is a retired registered nurse with almost 26 years in hospital nursing.  She was a school treasurer for 7 years and is currently assistant church treasurer at the Goldendale
Seventh-day Adventist Church in Goldendale, Washington.
